Proceed to Breast Care - OPD ( wed and Friday from 9am to 1pm );

COLON and RECTAL Cancer ( stage 1 - lV )

Proceed to Tahan- Tahanan , ground floor ( Tuesday 9am to 1am );

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Biopsy results of operation from your hospital;

2. Work up and bring patient's Ct scan of affected area in the body;

3. Ultra sound of patient's affected are in the body.

Get a referral from your doctor and address the referral letter to Dr. Katherine V. Hernandez, Medical Oncologist of East Avenue Medical Center.
